It is illegal because of corporate greed and racism!

it is relatively harmless and would provide benefits of added revenue, reduced crime and lessen burden on judicial system and correctional facilities

why not ah? why guns and alchol and cigarrets are OK

I am a current glaucoma patient. I have multiple bone tumors and have been referred to an oncologist. In short for pain and nausea relief. Alcohol is bad and legal.

If it was legal, people wouldn't do it as much. People tend to want to do things just because they know they aren't supposed to.

true, they are busy filling up our prisons with people who don't need to be there....if you hurt someone or steal someone thats another story but arresting someone for smoking pot in their own peaceful privacy is stupid

we spend way too much money fighting wars on weed....stick to fighting the bad narcotics

i like to smoke it relaxes me ... it is no worse then alcohol

Legalizing marijuana will free up our legal system and legalize a plant that is far less dangerous than alcohol. Too Many peoples lives have been ruined as a result of marijuana charges.

god made it.. men use it.. goverenment puts people in cages for it...

to free up police for larger criimes......and reduce the profit to dealers

The government needs to do a better job at convincing the American voters if they want to continue on with this failed prohibition of marijuana.
