its a harmless plant that serves no damage or setback to those who understand how to use it properly and maturely

i support it because the state could make millions of dollars of taxes.why not get any extra money with this aconomy.

People are gonna smoke it anyway. Wouldn't it be better to tax it rather than spend billions to turn innocent people into convicts, as well as cut down on smuggled illegal weed?

it is a natural herb,that should be legalized,but monitored for illegal misuse.

alcohol is legal and it causes a lot more problems than marijuana ever would

The act of prohibition is completely futile. If people want something they will obtain it. All prohibition did was create a black market full of shady dealers.

One of the problems that the marijuana reform movement consistently faces is that everyone wants to talk about what marijuana does, but no one ever wants to look at what marijuana prohibition does.

Marijuana never kicks down your door in the middle of the night and puts a fully loaded assault rifle in your face. Marijuana never locks up sick and dying people in cages with rapist and murders. Marijuana does not suppress medical research. Marijuana does not peek in bedroom windows. Marijuana does not take away kids scholarships.

Even if one takes every reefer madness allegation of the prohibitionists at face value, marijuana prohibition has done far more harm to far more people than marijuana ever could.

other drugs are legal why shouldnt marijuana be its less harmless than other drugs although we should be allowed they should put limitations

its a plant that has wayy more uses other than the medicinal properties so why not legalize it an theres tons of scientific proof too

Theres actually not. There's not sufficient enough evidence that it provides a substantial medicinal benefit. Not enough trails have been done to show a benefit. There are SOME which is why it's gaining some traction, but not enough. That's why real doctors have a hard time getting behind it.
