Only reason its not already legal is the state makes to much money off fines and court cost... It doesn't hurt u... Doesn't fry brain cells... Helps u focus.... It doesn't kill your brain cells, holding you breath does. It is natural unlike tobacco with chemicals it is addicting but so is any thing if used enough, if it cud be regulated to a extent then why not. There wuid still be ways to form consiquences, a dui is still driving under the influence regardless what ur on. I don't belive its gate way, pot is a relaxer and u wanna say it leads to meth and all that other sh*t that hipes you up. In the 50 and 60s people gpt high all the time and facts are the crime and meth rate were three times as low as they are today. What cus it hurt?

There's been no reported deaths because of weed. Hundreds of people die everyday from drinking and driving.. Smokings safer!

You have to smoke your body weight to over dose and you'd pass out before that happened..

We have a lot of problems in our country right now. One of them is wasting time and efforts trying to control a substance like pot. I can't believe with current information available people still think pot is an issue. Way to many people being herded like sheep. Wake up people.

Colorado legalized cannabis for recreational use and at time all States should legalized it together

It is used for some treatments and for pain control. There is also a pill made from it called mernal and it helps with elderly that has not apatite. So there is some good for it.

Even if it gets legalized, they will have it under the same laws as alcohol, or some type of law. So if ur saying if weed is legalized surgeons r guna start operating high?!?! Oh yea cuz sooo many surgeons operate drunk too. Ur point is invalid....have a nice day

Effects in the heart: the drug increases the heart beat by 20-50 beats per minute.
Effects on the lungs: causes more chest infections and sickness in chest and daily coughing.

Sooo its not all this healthy plant u smokers are makin it out to be. Now i also must say i could care less what you do with your time but if it ever becomes legal in our parts i think ther should be restrictions jus like ther is when drinking/buyin/usin alchol.
