If so then what right does the government have to say what you can and can not put into your body? This country was founded on freedom and liberty! We must be free to make our own choices, and that includes making mistakes once in a while. Marijuana practially legal -- unless you are involved with large amounts of it. The laws on the books are perfectly fine.

The prohibition of marijuana is an utter failure and will always be a failure. All the reasons why marijuana are illegal are either caused by prohibition or based upon corrupt data.

Nothing would stop the deadly drug wars in Mexico and other places than to give US citizen the right to buy mild synthetic or naturalal drugs. AFter K2 was banned (March1, 2011) The replacements were inferior, but now they are not available at all.
Moralists: Shove it up your @$$, drug laws have ruined more lives and hopes of lives than laws attempting to ban drug use.
If this was unbderstood, we would act like sane people. But, we would rather lock up a 16 year-old in the prisaons so that when he gets out he will know all the tricks of the trade.
I am so against these laws, they are so anti-American, that I could, if I thought about it, throw up.

If you don't support legalization of marijuana, chances are you have a stick up your ass, or have never experienced true pain, or both. Just sayin'.

Most people I know are on some sort of drug for "depression". Now they prescribe multiple drugs to combat "depression". Smoke some pot and forget about it.

I was all for legalization and then my girlfriend suffered a psychotic breakdown as a result of withdrawal symptoms from trying to stop smoking. It was the most terrifying and awful experience I've ever been through and I don't wish it on anyone, therefore I think it should remain illegal.
