Marijuana Debate - Sand Point, AK

The negatives outweigh the positives when it comes to the commercial use of marijuana it's bad enough to see drinking and driving, legalizing pot, will vindicate greater use because it will create greater availibility. Productivity will go down, employers will loose greater controll, because even if they fail a drug test, the argument will be made that they weren't stoned on the job, or auto accidents whether their eyes are dialated or not. We've already have enough Jr. High and High School kids using during classes undetected we don't need to see greater availibility. (only legitmate medical use, when the THC is put in pill form, in pharmacies, should it be legalized,in order to stop drug dealers from hiding behind the medical use law, or this very addictive drug)

man you need to do some more research because alcohol is way worse for you and causes more accidents than marijuana ever has. Makin pot legal would help this country get out of debt! and as far as the employers go i dont see how it any of there buisness what i do on my own time smokin a lil pot after work aint no worse than drinkin a couple beers open your eyes man pot aint addictive

As a school psychologist I have evaluated many children who were damaged in the wound because of Marijuana.
How could a loving parent do this to their child!!!! NO. and again, NO. I OPPOSE LEGALIZATION OF MARIJUANA!!!!!!

You've never used pot, obviously. Companies aren't running day cares. The same way you don't go into work drunk, you won't go into work stoned.
Kids are using drugs because they aren't regulated. if we regulate them, we can keep them off the hands of children.
Marijuana is not addictive.

the reason for the legalization is that it's a natural plant, NOT refined in any way. Unlike alcohol and tabbacco which has how many chemicals that cause cancer or kill people? GET A CLUE
