Marijuana Debate - Punxsutawney, PA

Prohibition doesn't work and leads to crime abuse. Marijuana has never been proven to be specifically harmful, and has many medical applications. Our kids are safer using marijuana than they are using alcohol.

We been spending billions of our tax money to try to stop it and its stil here. How many roads or schools could have been built with this money? Give the people what they want then tax it. Its here already anyway.

Do you people not realize that a person can kill under the influence of marijuana? Not to mention all the studies that show it does lead to harder drug use. And have you ever heard of mouth or lung cancer?

Your kidding right? Millions of people smoke it everyday and they don't kill people and not everyone goes onto harder drugs. You need to do some real reading on the subject. Someone is lying to you.

It's just as bad as a person that is drunk. Neither should be driving. Its called responiblity. I drink but I do not drink and drive and I don't smoke weed. My point is that its here and they cannot stop it. May as well at least tax it. CA does.

WOW Good for you. Let's hope you never get sick and have to go to the hospital where they have drugs. So what is it like to never have had a beer which as you know is a drug.

What rock have you been living under. No one has ever killed anyone under the influence of marijuana. More people die from alcohol

Reguardless what your are under the influence of it is a dangerous combination when you are behind the wheel of a car, atv, motorcycle and mix it with cocktails but there again its a matter of opions

Pot is legal in 14 States. Beer is a DRUG I guess you never knew that. You said you were never around drugs so I guess that is not true. I not a pot smoker and you need to do some reading on the subject.

Welcome to PA pot is not leagal here how ever when they do drug screens they dont check you for beer they check for THC, benzo,opitaes, barbits,and amphetamines. Futher more I did my home work they call beer the date rape drug mainly women use it to take advantage of men so it is what it is. you sound like a person who is always out to pick a fight and to run your mouth
