Anxiety reliever, stress reliever, to realx after a hard days work, to supress your pains and emotions, to enhance your thoughts actions. To have fun with. Alcohol is legal and taxed. Why not make marijuana the same way? Marijuana can basically be compared to alcohol. In the fact that people use it to get intoxicated, and its not that harmfull.(even though alcohol is very harmfull)
