I actually support legalizing marijuana as I feel we might get lucky and the dope smokers will smoke dope, then drive their car head-on into a bridge abuttment. The reason I oppose legalization is that I realize the dope smokers usually smoke dope, then drive their vehicles head-on into an innocent person like me.

Get it out of the hands of the bad guys, Tax it and pay for health care. Not as bad for you as smokeing or drinking. Both are taxed and our goverment makes money. We need it.

Hey Ted, sorry to hear you had some friends hurt fighting the war on drugs. Seems to me that would be a good reason to legalize cannabis. If it were legal your friends never would have been there. Keeping it illegal is just setting up more people, like your friends, to get hurt for a frivolouse reason.

People need to get off drugs and face reality. Get jobs and get a life. Take care of theirselves and be a productive citizen.

Our goverment could use the money right now.And if you ask the people who sell it, they dont want things to change. They make to much money off it.

Many Adults have so many medical problems which can be treated with Marijuana for Pain, Nausea, and many other symptoms, And it would cut down on the illegal activities that take place to obtain this Natural product.

Legalizing it would just cause more problems with DUI's and fights. And it is impossible to tax or control.

Taxation with legalization is the only way it will get through to bible thumpers in the midwest. It shouldn't be illegal anyway. They MADE it illegal in the first place to create jobs and job security for those in the investigative/crime markets....judges have been being paid off for these misdemeanors for a long time.?????? AARP and AAA and the Black Caucas of POlice have already endorsed the legalization of this fine weed product. And speaking of products, they have been using it in VA hospitals in California, and 14 other states for a long time.
