I wouldn't worry. Between the advances in forensic's & the fact that the people involved in this (that I'm sure know something) will have many more problems hiding the truth.

They are getting older, and may want to clear their conscious.

They may get into trouble with the law, and use info about this case as a get out of jail free card.

Also - They may have children that are getting into the prime trouble making years.

Said another way - A simple DWI might bring down the house in the creeps that did this... tick tock tick tock.

If it were to come about that way wouldnt it have already happened? What I don't understand is the only talk you hear of this case seems to be nothing more than pure specualtion or wild conjecture. Nothing solid or believable is ever mentioned. The only way three people keep a secret is if two of them are dead. Seems someone should have talked by now.9450

It's a saying. And if you were to believe any of whats alledged its way more than three people. Thats what kills the conspiracy theory for me. If it were to be as vast as what I read here there is no way this would remain a secret.

Really what has been exposed? There is a huge difference between speculation and proof. If you have proof of anything I strongly suggest run straight to the police with your evidence. If not, continue to blather on, here on this forum.

No they are not related at all.Point be for what ever reason murder investigations in South Seneca seem to be very weak to say the least.Lack of media coverage is the main problem in that area.@ Local boy these are of no means speculation at all...THEY ARE MURDER!!!

I believe they most likely are murder. You speak of murders being exposed. The only thing I see being exposed is specualtion. We can speculate on this, that or the other thing but until someone comes forward with a witness or evidence nothing has been exposed. Everything remains the same and nothing changes until then. Naming names based on paranoia, speculation, hearsay, theory or anger is wholy unresponsible. Unfortunately thats all I have seen here on this venue.

Its been so long its hard to remember. The Compton boy was found shot out side his car on a family farm property ,if I remember right. Didnt know him but had seen him around. Clean cut average looking kid. Didn't seem plausible to me that he shot himself. I believe it was ruled a suicide by the sheriffs dept. There was also a lot of speculation about the Hendrix death(girl I believe)but I remember little other than it having something to with a car accident. Keep in mind the SCSD couldn't have caughts its own ass with both hands and two sheets of fly paper back then.

Lol - that seems to be something everyone agrees with.

Oh god--not sure. Im terrible with time. I only know the year of Kristens murder because my mom sent me the news clipping the year before I returned from the USN. The thing that kills me is people from outside the area paint us all with the same brush. Trust me on this--especially with the murder of Kristen--we all have children--two daughters and a son myself--we all want to see this resolved, There will never be justce as we can't return a child to their parent but these animals need to be held responsible and be seen for what they are.

Thank you, by the way...I don't think this terrible crime reflects the nature of the people of Ovid. I am loosely familiar with the area, and there are a lot of good people. My sense is that you dis agree with "kristin". But at the very least "kristin" is trying to help. I hope more people post on this page. Anyway - people only kill for a few reasons: revenge, silence someone, scorn, jealousy, money & psychotic reasons.

This case doesn't seem to have the elements of revenge, scorn, jealousy. That leaves silence, money & some psycho. The odds of a whacko killing this girl on that road at that time seem implausible.

The drug angle makes sense to me. I believe 60 some odd percent of all murders involved drugs at that time.

Regardless, I hops the DNA test yields something, and soon.

KRISTIN is the right spelling. I just talked with Phyllis she is fine with what is going on. The only injustice that has been done here is the people of Ovid not talking.
