if beer is legal and spice is legal why not marijuana...they made study that beer is way worse than cigerettes yet marijuana is illegal plus I think cigerettes are way worse than marijuana because cigerettes have chemicals added to them just like spices sold in stores....weed has a natuural chemical and i think it would stop killings...people wouldnt have to go turffing in the streets to get the grug theyll just go to the store a legit way with out having to kill

There are far FAR worse drugs out there than this. It is already legalized for medical use in several states. Whether you legalize it or not, people are still going to get it one way or another. There have been more deaths connected to this substance AFTER it became illegal. Take on Montana's law. Have authorized caregivers who do the growing, this way it does not run rampant. Each person wanting/needing it should be allowed to have 6 plants at one time being overseen by the caregiver, but said person is only allowed to have a certain amount on them at any time.

Why would you not? Alcohol is legal, and I have seen WAY more people killed by drunk drivers, shot by a drunk person, etc than I have EVER seen just because someone was "high".
