Tax's from it would really help the state. You have to be over 21 to use Marijuana then I would support legalzation.

Remember, guns don't kill people, people kill people. The same with MJ. Tax benefits should be obvious, and there's no time in history that I can think of inwhich cities need additional incomes to balance the books.

marijuana can be a fast and easy way to boost Californias economy. In many ways it can bring more jobs to people and money to the state for schools and police when they get people that are hie in public.

I am a 55 year old male. Father of 5 healthy, employed children that have blessed me with 5 healthy, happy grandchildren. I have lived in Carlsbad since 1959. I now use Marijuana medically. Wether smoking Marijuana or drinking, a jerk\fool is a jerk\fool, and should be dealt with accordingly! Responsible people should be treated as responsible people. Put a color on it and call it 'Racial Profiling'. Oops, did I say something wrong; I hope I did not offend someones Eyes, Ears, Hands\Feet\Toes\Shirt\brother- in-Law. Welcome to the U.S.S.R. America was, & Can be a great country again; However, it's not going to happen by grouping good people, no matter what personal habits or medical conditions, with fools\idiots\jerks, and illegal citizens and other criminals.

Responsible people should not be grouped with dead-beats\fools\illegal aliens & other criminals. I have lived in Carlsbad since 1959. I am a Father of 5 healthy, employed children that have blessed me with 5 healthy, happy grandchildren. I have been recently prescribed Marijuana as an option for Fibro Myalsia rather than multiple anti-depressants & other drugs for pain and sleep.

Leagalization is a poor excuse to use drugs. It definitely does produce poor examples for todays youth.

I think the best path to legalization is virtual legalization. Right now people can smoke if they have a doctor's recommendation based on the fact they need it for medicine. Change that to a doctor thinks you can use marijuana recreationally without negative circumstances (meaning if you go into rehab you're cut off) that would be OK with me. Although the long list of reasons for medicinal makes this a done deal already. ;-)

The cost of enforcement and incarceration of offenders is too high, for the supposed beneft, to Society, the ban of it's use provides. Most violent and impaired acts are behind the use of booze and the drugs that allow a greater consumption of alcohol.

GROWING MARIJUANA IS A HOBBY AND SMOKING MARIJUANA BUDS CAN BE A HARMLESS RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY.

Growing marijuana is a hobby and smoking marijuana buds can be a harmless recreational activity.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Leo

You're in a very idealistic mood today, making it almost impossible for you to view loved ones in their true colors. If they've got any faults you won't see them because you'll have blanked them out. This rosy vision of your nearest and dearest is fine if it doesn't last long but it will cause problems if it persists and you continue to brush any problems under the carpet.
