jen Tioga, ND	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 May 2, 2012 its no different than cigarettes or alcohol. as long as the same laws apply concerning drinking and driving and smoking in public. whats the difference except one is not legal? i believe marijuana should be legal or else make alcohol and tobacco illegal. same health problems, not all people who drink are alcoholics, and there are smokers who cant give up cigarettes. i have heard of the gateway drug theory, i just dont buy into that...genesis 1:29 then god said " i give you every seed bearing plant on the face of the earth....", is marijuana medicinal? yes...its already legal in some states.
