i agree with it. tax it and sell it legally and the local government can make money on it as well. it is a natural drug that comes from a seed planted in the ground and untampered with is not harmfull, maybe in benificial in some cases

They should also consider alcohol illegal and charge people with possession. Drugs lead to more crimes, muggins, robberies, home invasions and murders!

It is used for pain relief for one reason. I know way to mutch about pain. It's as bad for your health as cigarettes. The tabaco industry is setup and ready to grow it. It will empty a lot of jail space for real criminals.

I only support it if it truly helps people who are in a lot of pain and have doctors who won't give them perscriptions for relieving the pain. I am one of those people who is in constant pain and have one of those stupid doctors!

I have never read anything that convinces me that THC has any true positive properties. The experiences of my friends prove its detrimental qualities.

Most people think alcohol and tobacco are legal. Pepsi Cola is legal! It is manufactured, sold and consumed anywhere and everywhere without the Government's involvement...LEGAL! Alcohol and tobacco are NOT legal. They are controlled substances with restrictions to age, use, manufacturing, sale and distribution. I hardly doubt the introduction of another controlled substance will be viewed favorably by the anti-tobacco and MADD mother lobbies of America. Think about it...

It's out on the street anyway....at least collect taxes on the sale and distribution of it like alcohol.

It causes people to have no motivation. All they want to do is sit around get high, sleep and eat. I've seen it happen throughout my life time. There is enough alcohol out there for people to use why add one more drug?

I support it for medicinal use only. I've seen too many people's lives destroyed by drugs...and they all started out by smoking pot. If it's deemed legal, then the cops will no longer have PC (probable cause) to search cars when they smell pot smoke. This almost always leads to the discovery of hard drugs in the car. Delaware has a big enough drug problem and enough unmotivated people; let's not make it any worse.

We need to legalize it and tax the sh** out of it just like cigarettes. Besides the fact weed is no longer a priority in Delaware......people are dealing prescription drugs now more than ever. When a one (1) Percoset 30mg pill sells for $20 to $30 on the street, marijuana is no longer a real issue. Heroin has made a come back in Sussex county but the real drug issue is prescription pain medication. It's going to get worse.....with the law enforcement this state has!
