Marijuana has no known cause of health problems where an added chemical wasn't involved.
There are 0 recorded deaths caused by marijuana,
To overdose you would have to smoke 15000 joints in 20 minutes
That's approximately 58 and a half pounds of pot assuming each joint was a gram.
You would die of lack of oxygen before you overdosed.

I smoke to give myself an appetite and keep myself from wanting to kill myself which is more than I can say for 300 dollar anti-depressant pills that killed my best friend and made my depression worse.

If you really wanted to learn more about marijuana a good way to do it would be to watch "The Union" ITs a documentary explaining marijuana.

laws against Marijuana never reduced illegal sales. I am 65 the only thing that happened in the last 35 years is an ounce went from $25 to $250. Stop wasting my tax dollar by trying to catch, taking to court and putting non-violent Marijuana smokers in jail.

Legalize and free the weed. In my humble opinion, if the cops (technology) could develop a test to determine how much influence an individual might be under as they presently do with alcohol, then it would be legal as they would have a way in which to monitor those who drive, or operate machinery just as they do with alcohol… but with marijuana, no such test presently exists to my knowledge.

If the government can, or could find a way in which to hold individuals responsible for their actions by enacting a “limit law” such as the .08 legal limit for being legally impaired, you can bet your bottom dollar that those bastards (government) would legalize it in a minute and tax it which I would have no issue with per say… but, presently there is no way (that I know of) that law enforcement, nor technology can determine how much you’ve had and if you’re over any “legal limit” as is the case with alcohol in the present day situation as it stands.

Lowers the price, stops the illegal importation, hopefully soon we can get them in kings and 100's :)

The laws against the "evil weed" are the result of the most effective (ever) progaganda B.S. ever perpetrated on the American public. It was started by W.H. Hearst and his San Francisco news papers.
Hemp based paper is actually cheaper to make, but Hearst saw an opportunity to increase his already considerable fortune by using wood pulp for his newspapers. so he put it out as the "gateway" drug that would lead to the use of other harder drugs. So after enough propaganda had been foisted on the American public, he enlisted Harry Anslinger(I believe he was head of either HEW or the FDA) to his cause, Harry was asked to testify before commities of both the House and Senate, and he railed agianst the use of marijuana by young people as evidenced in the movie, "Reefer Madness." In that movie they spread all sorts of lies, even to the point of killing someone, by someone who was under the influence of 'Reefer' which is total bullshit.
I could go on, but I'm running out of time, and patience with all these assholes against pot. I have been smoking the shit since I was 26 and I'm now 67, and never wanted to kill anybody, all i ever wanted was to left alone to 'pursue my happiness'.

I tend to agree with 'Joe' above. If nothing else legalize it and tax its market value. That is out of the way.
If one thinks about the situation of the "pursuit of happiness" laid out in the Declaration of Independence, published when we decided we (what became the USA) had had enough of Great Britian's high handed dealings with us. That every law denying us our "pursuit of happiness", written and signed into existence has been put forth by the Democratic Party when they were in power, in the U.S. govt? To me that is reason enough to vote against any party who would do such things, for I feel that one should be able to go to the corner drug store, and pick up almost any amount of any drug available on the market, be it marijuana, cocaine, heroin (still the best painkiller around), methamphetamine,etc. In order that society will weed out the users and abusers of these drugs, not some stupid law, that makes one a criminal for using the substance of choice.

weed is good not only because i sell it but because all that God created is good .if you want good quality weed ,marijuana, skunk bud etc.
