Alcohol is more deadly, damaging to your body, and dangerous than marijuana. i don't see how anybody 21 can go to a store and buy alcohol and nobody can go buy marijuana. More accidents are caused because of alcohol than marijuana because alcohol impairs your judgment a lot more than marijuana. If people can go buy tobacco and alcohol which are both pretty bad for you, why can't somebody go and buy marijuana? It's an herb. Spices and saliva are very similar to marijuana and anyone over 18 can by those so why is marijuana still illegal? I thought United States was the land of the free? I can go get wasted at a bar but i cant smoke a blunt in my own backyard?

If you look at the cold hard facts on marijuana then you you know that out of the millions of people who use it everyday, there have been no recorded overdoses ever. Alcohol and tobacco on the other hand can easily kill you, not to mention the deaths from drunk drivers and crimes committed by intoxicated people. on a daily basis. The only reason its illegal is because people blindly listen to our own governments lies. By keeping marijuana illegal we send billions of dollars into the black market every year, which in turn buys real drugs like meth and brings them back into our community. It's killing people everyday who get caught in the middle of this pointless war that we spend billions on to stop, and for what? Please just do you're own real research and I think you will change your mind.
