the government easily could.... the real problem is that the people in control want to control everything we do and don't believe it should be a personal choice... On top of that those that would run our lives realize the revenue marijuana would bring in and would rather have us struggle and be reliant on government aid.... it a shitty hand but it all has to do with keeping us down... even Obama's responsible to some degree!!!

Please don't procreate! Wait! You are probably too stupid to know what the big word is so I'll use smaller words for you: Don't have a baby! You aren't smart enough!

The federal government really doesn't have the authority to regulate pot grown on one's own property for one's own consumption.

Maybe instead of trying to regulate the actions of the nation's citizens, the federal government should concentrate on it's few numbered powers such as;

1) interstate commerce,

2) import export,

3) crimes against the federal government

and,

4) matters of national security.

Why should the state be able to tax a person for something grown and consumed on their own property? They shouldn't. Tax people's gardens first.

Gosh! Now all of the twenty somethings will suddenly have "back problems". They will then insist that they be put out of work on comp and stay home playing video games and getting high AT THE EXPANSE of the "older people" they think are redundant. PUSSYS who don't WANT to work. That's all they are and this is going to be their excuse.

Adults at age 21 should be able to grow it and use it. Legalize it now.

People have smoked it and grew it since the 60s. I want to be able to buy the good stuff at the local head shop. Marijane is so safe, you don't need a Dr. Garden City should grow it as a cash crop every summer. "We've got to get ourselves back to the garden". Grow up and do it.

Goverment should not tell the people what they can do in their homes or what they can and cannot put in their bodies!

while "M.W." and "danger make valid points...you call yourself "Poo-Bear" and tell people they're immature. Maybe you should re-evaluate and pick another topic to have an opinion on.

Omg, are you freaking kidding me, how could you date someone who sells an illegal substance. He's gonna get caught eventually. I think marijuana would be harmful for our kids and would have them slacking off on their daily work.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Cancer

You have stars in your eyes and you're in a really romantic mood today. Your idea of heaven is to be with that special person in your life, preferably doing something very nice. If you meet someone new or a relationship gets off the ground today, things will always be rather dreamy and otherworldly between you. It will be as though real life, with all its problems, never intrudes on your time together.
