the government easily could.... the real problem is that the people in control want to control everything we do and don't believe it should be a personal choice... On top of that those that would run our lives realize the revenue marijuana would bring in and would rather have us struggle and be reliant on government aid.... it a shitty hand but it all has to do with keeping us down... even Obama's responsible to some degree!!!

The federal government really doesn't have the authority to regulate pot grown on one's own property for one's own consumption.
Maybe instead of trying to regulate the actions of the nation's citizens, the federal government should concentrate on it's few numbered powers such as;
1) interstate commerce,
2) import export,
3) crimes against the federal government
and,
4) matters of national security.

Gosh! Now all of the twenty somethings will suddenly have "back problems". They will then insist that they be put out of work on comp and stay home playing video games and getting high AT THE EXPANSE of the "older people" they think are redundant. PUSSYS who don't WANT to work. That's all they are and this is going to be their excuse.

Adults at age 21 should be able to grow it and use it. Legalize it now.

People have smoked it and grew it since the 60s. I want to be able to buy the good stuff at the local head shop. Marijane is so safe, you don't need a Dr. Garden City should grow it as a cash crop every summer. "We've got to get ourselves back to the garden". Grow up and do it.

while "M.W." and "danger make valid points...you call yourself "Poo-Bear" and tell people they're immature. Maybe you should re-evaluate and pick another topic to have an opinion on.

He's gonna get caught eventually. I think marijuana would be harmful for our kids and would have them slacking off on their daily work.
