Look at the downside of all these left wing liberal ideas. They hit us in our pocketbooks with each passing day on increased taxes to pay for more of their garbage and destructive agendas. It never ends with these people. Ya want legal pot? Move to California. I'm sure they'd welcome you with open arms if you could find a job and pay the ridiculous taxes there.

Only like the Sativex spray from a REAL pharmacy if someone is ill. Making the smokeable form legal in any way is stupid. People who smoke pot cause a doctor tells you it's ok are either desperately ill or already smoking it looking for a more socially acceptable form of decriminalization. A real dr. would never recommend SMOKING anything!Smoking tobacco kills too many already!

If it is truly going to help someone that is in sever pain then yes I'm all for it. It's better than throwing pills down your throat all the time. And God knows I'm tired of throwing pills down my throat.

Should be legal like in California. I am, an know a lot of people who are sick. These people would benefit tremendoudly from the medicional side of mary. If you look at drug laws in the USA and the offenses people are in prison for (ON the expense of taxpayers) you will find that the most inmates are for minor Mary Offenses. Look at the $$$ that would be saved, the state would make $$$ from the tax and prison population would be at least 1/3 less...therefore, allowing some prisions to be closed!

if you think that it does not help your county, city and state...you are so wrong...it is properly done...and proof of medical condition and the client has the choice...i know people with brain tumors and cancer and back pain and hip pain...and all these narcotics are just slowly addicting them...is their a long term withdrawal on marijuana...no...on narcotics...yes sir....so dont knock it till you try it!!!

If whisky and cigaretts can be legal I say legalize it and stop spending billions to stop it let's tax and turn a true deficit of money use into a BIG PROFIT. It also has many medical uses than are now thought of. For the many uses, there is absolutely no better stress reliever you can find after a hard, or bad day. Much better than alcohol

For pain relief and for counteracting adverse effects of chemo and radiation there is a place if you are on medical leave. Even if MJ is made legal to possess, you will not be able to have it in your system if you work in a drug free work place. What you do on your time is your business but what you have in your system on company time and on the premises is the employer's business. You will still be subject to pee and hair tests and you test positive or you get injured and go to the doctor on a work related injury and get tested positive, you are history. Period!! Trying to find another good job with a drug related dismissal on your record is almost impossible. Is it worth it to ruin your future?

Either way it is gonna be here so you might as well take some of the illegal profit out of it. I doubt they will ever legalize it here they even took away all the revenue from Bingo.
