Its time to end our nonsensical policy and legalize marijuana so resources can be better used to combat real crime.

Marijuana is harmless herb (not a drug). I do not smoke - wouldn't mind eating some tho. Free the weed; end the war.

Alcohol & cigarettes do serious harm to your body and can lead directly to death, yet they are legal. Marijuana has no proven adverse side effects, particularly when consumed in food form, while it also has many health benefits such as treating pain, anxiety, sleeplessness, stomach aches, and loss of appetite.

The government needs to do a better job at convincing the American voters if they want to continue on with this failed prohibition of marijuana. They claim that the 'plant' is dangerous and deadly, yet they can't provide any proof or credible evidence to back these claims up. If you want to know the FACTS about marijuana then click on the link below.

Well then the only viable reason the U.S. refuse to legalize it is because they are on the Mexican Cartel's payroll(among others). All Border wars would stop, and so would the government's cut.

The legalization of Marijuana will bring new job opportunities to the state, in agriculture, transportation, and will help regulate it from minors using it. according to recent studies, more 13 year old have smoked pot than cigarettes, because a dealer doesn't care about age, but a liquor store won't risk their license to sell it to someone underage. it would generate tax revenues from several sources, including income tax, sales tax, transportation tax, and licensing to grow it. Legalization also brings the opportunity to research using it as a biofuel, and hemp oil can be used to make hundreds of products currently requiring the use of fossil fuels. It can also be used for heating and electric generation, reducing costs for utilities.

Meth is the brain killer in Franklin. Not marijuana or alcohol. Franklin is a white trash place and getting worse all the time with meth. Some marijuana would be a big step up from meth.
