It's a gateway drug and also, we don't need more impared drivers KILLING people. Maybe a stoned, distracted person would kill YOU, YOUR SPOUSE, YOUR CHILD, etc. Wake up! I used to drink, smoke and take drugs, too. I don't anymore. I KNOW what it's like to drive stoned at night and I THANK GOD He delivered me and I never hurt or killed anybody.

Look I understand your stance on it,but it is just your oppinion.Alcohol can lead some one to smoke poco lolo and alcohol is legal.Not alot of news bout the stoned driver that killed 9 people or 3 kids this week overdosed on pot. Man made it illegal because they cant figure out how to tax it.

While drunk drivers are idiots and you hear about them killing someone in an accident all the time, you rarely hear about them killing someone in an accident. There are at least just as many people using pot as there are drinking alcohol. The difference is that alcohol can make you nice, it can make you a mean drunk, it can make you rowdy, etc. When you smoke marijauna, you just want to say home and chill, dude. Way different!

I vote no .. With government control THC would be limited, carcinogens would be added,price would more than double, and we'd be lied to as to where the tax money would actually be applied. Look at the money the lottery brought to education . Schools still don't have funding to supply current editions of text books yet building a multi million dollar athletic complex comes easy...
Anything under 2 oz is considered a misdemeanor possession ticket ($ 185 last one I got ) the officer has a choice to arrest you or ticket you and send you on your way.Do you really want the largest legalized crime syndicate ( the government) to regulate the growth and distribution of a natural herb ? If decriminalized what would happen to the thousands already in prisons for bud? National debt would continue to grow because politicians are good at blowing tax dollars .

marijuana makes me a happy person i made myself stop drinking because of the kind of person it made me. and there is nothing i like to do better than to come home smoke a bowl and chill

Your absolutely right. If you can find the book the emporer wears no clothes its a good read and explains alot of health benefits.
