I kinda agree with you merv, sin tax the $hit out of it. The down side of it would be hitting the poor right in the wallet, the upside would be like recycling government money

I believe in legalizing all drugs. That will put the drug dealers and gangs out of a job. The prisons would have plenty of room for real criminals. The drugs would be so cheap that a person could afford to work a real job to support their habits and not have to rob and kill innocent people.

Let us stop being ignorant. This will create jobs, not to mention the tax revenue could save many states that are already operating in the red.

If you think about it, it is crazy that is illegal in the first place! It's not dangerous to peoples' health and non-violent drug offenders (marijuana-related) are NOT a danger to society. Think about how many sexual offenders are allowed to freely live and mingle with society. It just is complete nonsense; Legalize it.

Tomatoes aren't taxed. That was the big deal about selling mary, for tax money. Be surprised how many people can't grow a 'mater too! lol. No, I don't think it should be legal anyway. No way to test those drivers. People are brain dead on mary.

i think people should do there research on things like oi erosion and just come to terms that it cost more to fight it when that money could be paying off things such as our deficit if u remember the indians used it for many purposes but thats not what killed them a bullet did

I agree with the medical reasoning as well as the social smoker in moderation, like alcohol. Age 21, tax it, take the crime out of it, legalize it.
