I think the people that need it for their health, would be good to legalize it. Would have to have a marijuana leaf endorsed on their LIcense or ID.. It shows that they are legal to have it. Tax it like cigarettes...

This is FLORIDA ... I think they should Legalize it. Tax it.. Remember to Stamp a Marijuana Leaf on the Drivers License or ID. to show that the person is Legal to have it... For Health Reasons and or JUST DO IT... LEGALIZE IT, THIS MAY RID THE POPULATION OF OTHER BAD DRUGS.. It doesn't cause Accidents,or Fights,etc..

I agree, America needs to speak up. I'm tired of the government making all these bad decisions. It is plain out ridiculous for a government to claim its citizens as being free and then lock them up in prison along side with murders for having a plant on them. IT'S TIME TO END MARIJUANA PROHIBITION!!!!!

In a 2010 report by the Common Sense for Drug Policy Organization, the American annual causes of death were classified under the following categories:
Tobacco Related 430,700 Alcohol Related 110,640 Prescription Drugs 32,000 Suicide 30,575 Homicide 18,272 Drug Induced Deaths 16,926 NSAID’s (such as Aspirin) 7,600 Marijuana 0 deaths
Before you start to wonder about the veracity of the figures above, you should be aware that no one has ever been officially declared dead from direct or indirect marijuana consumption.

If the law can't remove spice from the shelves then they should legalize marijuana. When you have sheriffs deputies and state troopers telling you to buy your kids a bag of pot and have them keep it in their bedrooms tells you something about the dangers of spice. There are terrible things happening to kids across america because of spice but no one wants to talk about it in open public including our law enforcement. There should be an immediate decriminialization of marijuana at least until loaw enforcement can do something about the spice that is killing our kids and making them insane.
