Yeah, really. I'm a big time pothead i support it 100% and funny thing is i don't drink one drop of alcohol at any time. Weed doesn't kill anyone or cause any problems like alcohol. so go chug another one and kill another family ya bunch of alcoholic drunks. Pot For the Win!

I think we need to be clear on what it would mean if they legalized marijuana. You wouldn't be able to buy it at a convenience store. It would be medical marijuana and a Schedule II substance (the same category as percocet and other narcotics). Users would have to see a physician, and if they qualified, would be given a prescription. How eagerly some physicians would hand out prescriptions or medical marijuana cards is up for debate.
It would probably also be legal for those who qualified to grow a small amount for their own use.
I don't find marijuana to be any more dangerous than currently supported medical treatments for pain or nausea. It's certainly a lot less dangerous than alcohol.

It has a need when it comes to seeing a Dr to get your meds like pot. As of now kids can get pot easer than tobacco. If it was controlled by a Dr with the same rules as tobacco.
