The war on drugs is costing trillions, and most of those incarcerated are simple pot smokers. And the police are so corrupt, they get a special bonus for every druggie they "arrest". The taxpayers are footing the bill. Way back when, the cops said if alcohol was deregulated, we would have a nation of 100% alcoholics, 24/7. What rotten lies they continue to perpetrate.

The only difference that no one says is the fact alcohol can be controlled and taxed. You cannot tax pot when it can be grown on your own. When they figure that out, then it will change. Look at California! The only way it's legal is with a script. There's your control and tax...."it's ok now...whatever" nation of hypocrits!
