It grows naturally and has medicinal purposes. I've never heard of someone smoking it and hurting anyone or thing.

It's a victimless crime. I think people should be allowed to grow a small amount at home for themselves, at least.

Marijuana isn't dangerous, the policing of it is. Prohibition laws don't work except to make the substances prohibited more valuable. We can't be the world's number one jailer, and have public safety.

War on drugs is not working, it is there only to increase revenue and to add more to the prison population.

A tremendous pain relief for folks with M.S. And cheaper then the Prescription Meds.

It makes bad music good, movies funny, and Keanu Reaves a good actor.

1. Alcohol and tobacco are legal so why is something that does less damage to your body then either of those illegal
2. People including many young adults are being thrown in jail and their lives being taken because of something that is natural and not very harmful
3. It can be used for so many things ranging from fuel to papers making it a great a profitable crop (plus the United States has so many places perfect for growing)
4. The only reason it is illegal is because of racism

Medical marijuana stops pain without side effects.

Decriminalizing it will help halt the drug trade.

If weed is legalized, there will be less pressure to move onto other illegal drugs. I mean, since you're already doing it illegally what's stopping you from trying other illegal stuff?

No one in Delaware is stupid enough to buy oregano as weed. We're not in kindergarten, we know the way to tell good weed from bad.

marijuana is sort of a good thing because its more like a muscle relaxer its a downer drug ...compare marijuana to acohol there are less deaths or tragedy on marijuna than acohol....

smoking weed is so much better than drinking. it has medesical purposes, you only need a little for a good buzz. you feel good & happy,not mean & aggressive!imagine---happy, compassionate,non-violent people everywhere!!! PEACE!!

Even though I do not smoke it, I say legalize it, tax it and move on.
