The Feds and many States are against it because they would have a hard time collecting taxes on it. After all it is a weed that can grow most anywhere. As always when dealing with the government it`a all about the dollars, not about the health or comfort of disabled American individuals.

Governments have wasted billons of dollars trying to eradicate it from American usage. Governments must realize it`s not going to happen, just like prohibition in the 20`s was a failure. .
