ugh!! I hate that argument so much. Why for medicinal purposes only? So the F.D.A. can continue to hold the keys to smoking an HERB? So users will lie to Dr.s about their insomnia, eating habits, or joint pain?[no pun intended.] Medicinal Marijuana is a term that allows the government to back out of a law that they know is ludicrous. The gubment: "Marijuana is bad for you.... unless you have glaucoma." Legalizing it would be great, it won't happen, but it would be great. It is a substance that needs regulation because some people just flat out should not consume THC. I'm rambling now. Bottom line__________The medicinal qualities should be celebrated but not determine the legal stature of the plant. Kissinger's documents should be reviewed at a minimum.

look at the facts people..

marijuana should be legal everywhere in the US. it is a god given right. it is a plant. it is not harmful or deadly if those of you who disagree dont like it, the answer is simple.... DONT USE IT! nobody is going to force it on you. Dont you trust your Parenting skills? I am 50 years old, and i wouldnt stand in the way of you wanting to take an asprin for your headache, dont stand in the way of me and millions of others who use a bit of marijuana to ease our pain, help us sleep, etc. etc. etc.

Needless hard working American's lives ruined because they got caught with a little weed. If you legalize the drug cartel regarding weed will disappear. It's too easy to grow in your back yard or light in your home....go arrest real criminals......
