I feel it is my RIGHT, as a human being, to smoke WHATEVER I want, as long as it hurts no one else. And, I'll make that choice, for MYSELF, REGUARDLESS of fed. laws...PISS, on the fed!!

Prisons should be for violent criminals ONLY. Our economy is suffering (in part) because of non violent marijuana users rotting away and becoming hardened criminals in our prison system....Pot is not the monster our politicians have made it out to be. How could we be so naive?

I've never seen a stoned person beat the hell out of someone. Only the munchies are dangerous. Legalize it and tax it.

from the money that would be made from taxing it like cigarettes we could fix our econemy if every person was allowed 2 plants in a garden we could fix our ozone hole and it would also make more room in our prison system to acually put violent offenders away instead of filling it with people that have done nothing more than posses a herb and no im not a smoker i just believe the plant has alot to offer and alot of people look past it cause of the way it was slandered in the 60s plus look it up there is many medicinal qualities
stand up for your rights a million voices r alot louder than one

There are more pros than cons to having marijuan legalized. There is not enough room in this forum for all of my pros.

Please wait...
The same people who smoke it now will if it is legalized, but the difference is instead of paying to keep people in jail and chase them down, they will pay taxes on it.

I have chronic pain due to an autoimmune disease (a form of arthritis) that is not being helped by current pain medication being given. I belive that marijuana might be able to reduce my pain and nausea (low dose chemo drugs my doctor wants me to take every week to reduce inflammation and pain symptoms)
