Yes, I support the Arizona law. I still fail to see the problem for providing documentation requested by law. I am asked from my driver's license, no problem. Racial profiling has been going on the the Black community for generations. It's a problem if you have legal problems, if not, no problem. The sole purpose of this bill is to get rid of illegal aliens. I have absolutely no problem with it. I have noted that hispanics tend to use overused phrases to cloud issues. That no longer works because they have overused them.

Unless they come here the legal way, send the greasy, cheezers back across the border in pine boxes.

Let gods children fight for there rights in Mexico and fix there own country and make it a nice place to live.Countries are won and lost by war,in case you forgot,Mexico lost the war!!!

Oh yeah, I support 100% the Arizona law. By supporting the Arizona law, we are also defending the hard-working good-citizens, taxpayers. Because ILLEGAL are very costly, and they take more than what they contribute to the economy. Every state invaded by ILLEGAL is in deficit. They come here to have children, and we taxpayers are forced to support them. The ILLEGAL give the excuse that it is racist. The problem is that they know they are ILLEGALLY here, and if they stop them and have no papers they could be deported. It is about time that they stop this abuse. Other states should follow the same example. If a citizen commits a crime, she/h has to pay the consecuenses, so the law should punish people who don't abide by the law. And the politicians should stop pandering to ILLEGAL, because they have no right to be here, never mind to be demanding citizenship. They should go to where they came from, and if they qualify, come back through the big door with a visa. As many others do, abiding by our immigration law. I don't feel a bit sorry for those people, because they are here taking advantage of the system, and taxpayers.

All those illegal are here having children, and becoming welfare recipients. People in Africa are dying from starvation, and they are not coming here, they should have the right too. Those illegal women from Mexico, Guatemala, Salvador, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Honduras, etc.are here having children by the doz. with different fathers. This is an abuse. Those children should not be American citizens, because their parents are here ILLEGALLY. Also there are millions of students who already got an education at no cost to them, but a huge cost to the taxpayers, now they want college too? Those students who went to Washington to demand an interview with the president are claiming that they are getting an education to serve this country? If they are so intelligent, they should go to their coutries to put in use their intelligency there, to work for their countries, they need them there. Also they claim that they were brought here by their parents when they were small children? Now that they are educated, they should know that their parents broke the law, and they are also breaking the law. They should be happy, and grateful that this country gave them most of their education, so stop milking off the system, and go back to their countries.

If the land they are claiming to be theirs were in their hands, they would have been another corrupt Mexico. They lost a war many years ago, and now that they see that we made them productive lands they want them back? And if we don't give them back the land, then we have to take all of them? What a joke! I agree. Is it just racial profiling if you happen to be Mexican or if you are from Europe or Asia and are asked for your papers then it isn't profiling.

What is wrong with some of you..You must not know nthe law..There already exsist on the federal law books a law that entitles police to question anyones legal status and if they find that the person(s) are not U>S> citizens they can hold them until they contact ICE for verification and for ICE to pick them up. Most court judges gives ICE up to ten (10) days to respond..If ICE does not respond then the person(s) must be released, if no other crime was committed..So, why have another law when Federal law already allows what the AZ law provides..The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled on this before and have held in most cases that State law cannot trump Federal law..We have had illegals in our jail before and ICE did not respond after being advised several times. Most times they are from Mexico but we had many from other countries as well..ICE never responded on any report we made to them..

DUMB ASS!!! don't u realize if the african people could get across the ocean without drowning they would be here also better place a better living a healthier enviromentwhy wouldny u go for all that your self if you were where these people are so why not at least help some your can't take it to hell with you. I guess you answered your own question. There is already a law, but it isn't being enforced by the federal government therefore Arizona decided to handle it themselves.....Is that a fair interpretation?

You are correct..I was just trying to explain as you mentioned that there already is a law, so why clutter up the matter more by adding more confusion to the situation and adding another law.AZ is not the only state to have this problem and citizens of ech state should contact their elected officials in DC and raise hell with them.ICE officials explained on many cases that they did not have the man power or the money to handle these people. You know that these people will each have a hearing before an immigration judge before they are expelled from this country and the dockets were so full it would take up to 3 years of holding, feeding and etc of these people until their case has been heard and reviewed.We do need an overhaul of our immigration ploicies and regulations and laws.

Americans must obey the LAW OF THE LAND. Send all the illegals back to their own country and if they want to be a USA citizen do it the right way. I just can't believe our elected leaders will not enforce the LAWS that are already on the book. The middle class in American is tired of providing welfare for our citizens, we can't afford the illegals.

I have no problem with racial profiling...how else can illegals be caught? Illegals are taking this country over and the result won't be pretty....we are on the road to becoming another 3rd world country. Why are we even allowing legal immigration at this time? We don't have enough jobs as it is....are these people entering the country and going straight on the welfare role? We need someone in government to use common sense for a change....get our economy back in good shape and then invite new people to come in.
