America is a land of immigrants. Depriving a single class of immigrants of their rights is discriminatory and just plain wrong. Imagine if we were to place such restrictions on people of Irish, German or English extraction? There wouldn't be enough newsprint to cover all the protests.
Illegal Canadian & Europeans are 6% of the illegals, Mexicans are 62% and S. America is 24%. Yes America is the land of immigrants, not illegal aliens.

"single class of immigrants" That class would be the illegal alien class. Every country in the world bars illegal aliens.

This not about extractions or race, just show me your passport & visa and you can roll through customs.

"first off illegals dont get any of these benifits"
"The Treasury Department reports that illegal immigrants filing tax returns using the Individual Tax Identification Number are receiving more than $1.5 billion each year from the federal government through the Child Tax Credit and the Additional Child Tax Credit. Many illegal immigrants are regularly accessing welfare benefits in the United States in different ways.1 They may do so through those state and local governments that do not verify citizenship or that accept false proof of citizenship. In many cases, they access welfare benefits through their citizen children born in the United States. Additionally, and this is the focus of this report, there are ways illegal immigrants can obtain a form of federal welfare that is available to income tax filers. Since a significant percentage of illegal immigrants have low incomes, work “off the books,” or work with false names and Social Security numbers, it is likely that many report little or no income when applying for federal, state, or local benefits."

State to list documents immigrants need for benefit application in Georgia.
"Starting Jan. 1, state and local government agencies must require people who apply for benefits -- such as food stamps, housing assistance and business licenses -- to provide at least one "secure and verifiable" document."
"such documents may include state or federally issued documents or ones recognized by the federal government and that are “verifiable by federal or state law enforcement, intelligence, or homeland security agencies.” Consular matriculation cards or similar ID cards issued by foreign governments will not be accepted regardless of the person’s immigration status.
Government officials who violate this law can face up to 12 months in prison and up to $1,000 in fines."

well i happen to know that most states have already been doing these things for a long time,i also happen to know that many americans, russians, chinese people from all backgrounds are commiting the same offences.so to say the hispanics alone are guilty is a prejudice comment.and i also think that with all the violence still going on in mexico that they are scared for their familys
It is inhumane to dump them on the border to be kinapped or killed by the mafia.what kind of people do that.our real enemies arent the mexicans they are the mafia...
