Here another stupid illegal alien who came into the country illegally, committed identity theft, received a order of deportation and didn't show up. Now she's being held for deportation and she's crying how she has US born children.

She f##ked up first by committing ID theft and second by failure to show for deportation. But she'll be back in the country in a few weeks right?

When she's caught again she'll be in federal prison before being deported again.

Rasmussen Reports recently published a poll that shows more voters than ever, are opposed to granting automatic U.S. citizenship to a child born to an illegal immigrant in this country. According to the poll, 65% of Likely U.S. Voters believe that if a woman enters the United States illegally and has a child, that child should not automatically be granted U.S. citizenship.

Currently, the United States and Canada are the only developed nations that grant automatic citizenship to almost all children born within their borders, regardless of whether the parents are citizens, legal residents, temporary visitors, or illegal aliens in the country. The Pew Hispanic Center estimates that eight percent of all U.S. births (350,000/year) come from at least one illegal-alien parent.

Legislation to end birthright citizenship was introduced earlier this year by Representative Steve King of Iowa. The Birthright Citizenship Act (H.R. 140), would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act - not the constitution - to consider a person born in the United States "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for citizenship at birth purposes if the person is born in the United States of parents, one of whom is:(1) a U.S. citizen or national; (2) a lawful permanent resident alien whose residence is in the United States; or (3) an alien performing active service in the U.S. Armed Forces.

H.R. 140 was referred to the House Judiciary Committee on January 24, 2011

They are going to cut that citizenship off and when it happens just listen to them squeal! I think a national E-Verify law will happen first and than the Bright right act. This stops illegal aliens in their tracks. This free education for illegal aliens will be revisited too.

Here in Las Vegas they don't have money for police and fireman. They want to layoff 57% of them. They have the largest percentage of illegal aliens working in NV than anywhere else in the country. The state is spending money on schools, medical, crime and welfare for illegal aliens. This town is going broke.

Another stupid illegal alien driver. If you're in the country illegally, stop driving. She not only was driving without a license but was caught already once doing so and never showed up for court and still got behind the wheel again. What level are these people thinking on?

"SOUTH DENNIS - The owner of a Dennis florist shop died Wednesday night from injuries received when he was struck by a car Saturday, and the driver who allegedly hit him will face a motor vehicle homicide charge, according to Dennis police.

Symen “Jim” Kooy, 76, owner of Blossoms Florist of Cape Cod, was hit around 6:30 a.m. Saturday while walking on a section of Route 6A near Dennis Public Market. There is no sidewalk in that area. He was taken to Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis but later transferred to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Mariaamelia Alves, 58, of Dennis was charged Thursday with motor vehicle homicide because of negligent operation, according to Dennis police Capt. William Monahan. She will be arraigned in Orleans District Court “at a future date,” a police department press release said.

Alves was initially arrested on a previously issued warrant for driving without a license.

Comments she made immediately after the accident led police to question whether she is in this country legally. She is being held at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility until her immigration status is determined, police said. I'm pretty sure that if a person has a Mexican licence and purchases U.S insurance they can legally drive in the U.S unfortunately these fools don't see any reason to waste their time or money on such formalities as they are used to doing everything in an illegal manner and then scream racism and poverty when they get caught.
