Explain? I have sent my life trying to obey the law.I have NEVER trespassed into another country.I have never used false information to commit fraud.These illegals,who are mostly from Latin America,support a underground criminal world.Here is a offer to ALL illegals from everywhere.MAN/WOMAN up,go to your nearest requiter for the military,and join up.
Part of the path,which includes eventual citizenship,requires you to pledge allegiance to AMERICA.The federal laws concerning immigration are not broke.

I can't enter into another country without all the legal papers. I am asked what my business is being there and told when I need to leave..Guess what? I better leave when they tell me too...America is a country of freedom but that doesn't mean any Tom, Dick, or Harry should be allowed to come here without anything and stay as long as they want for the American people to support. Illegal aliens will get assistance before the American family will.

My last two employers have required proof of citizenship before I could begin work even though I am obviously American born. I don't mind--it ensures that the company doesn't hire illegals. All companies are SUPPOSED to do that.

I read an article recently about town that was ruined economically when the feds raided a poultry processing plant, deported the bulk of the workers, and fined the company out of existence. The town from which the illegal workers had come also suffered as many of the men returned with large unpaid debts to their coyotes, often losing their homes as a result. The article depicted this as a tragic injustice, but all I could think was that we reap what we sow. Complaining when that bill comes due is both clueless and cowardly.

At the same time, the Obama administration is weighing the effects that such raids have on the economy and cutting back on such drastic enforcement. I think that's a mistake. If citizens and town governments realized the risks to their economies, they would put pressure on local employers to comply with immigration requirements.

By cross-referencing the databases of the IRS, ICE, and the Social Security Administration, the government could develop a list of companies to be targeted for compliance. They could communicate with each company and give them time--a year, perhaps--to clean up their acts before conducting raids with no advance warning.

Anyone who lives in a town that depends on companies that hire illegals for its prosperity should be ready to move at a moment's notice. They would be wise to rent rather than own--when the heavy hand of the government fianlly falls, property values will fall with it. Even an ultra-liberal administration cannot ignore this issue much longer.

Screw that. Burn the companys using them,and the town that allowed it to happen. If they paid a living wage to a citizen they wouldn't have an issue.

Phoenix, AZ is #2 in the world for kidnapping behind Bogota, Columbia. I bet if folks who oppose this had a family member kidnapped, raped, killed, then thrown in the desert, they would jump on board real quick with Arizona's new Immigration law. It's nice to see the Arizona government move forward to protect its people. I hope other states will follow Arizona's lead.
