By the way, one of the reasons ethnic studies was needed in Tucson was because these students knew nothing about Mexican American history, not even the language.

This was taken La Razas website. It seems clear as to what La Razas intentions are. I dont see any laws being broken by them nor do I see where they are encouraging illegal immigration.
