many illegals are criminals in their own country and cannot obtain visas to enter the US legally. They come here an continue their criminal activities and victimize US citizens.

marylou clearly isn't very well informed on the subject - according to the INS most illegal immigrants are not criminals in their own countries but are actually here seeking a better life for the family, just as we american citizens are. this is a common misconception, and leads to criminal profiling - which the law in arizona forces the police to do, make a determination based on visual aids only (what a person looks like) ask whether or not they have proper paperwork and identification. this is sad state we are in because we are turning this into a police state. it's a shame people can't think logically for themselves, and believe untrue propeganda like this idiot marylou that sadly lives on bainbridge island. oh, and that isn't a common name, nor is it a very big island, so an idiot like you will be very apparent to all the rest of us.

This law sounds bad but I don't live in Arizona. The people of Arizona must do what they feel they must.

If Marylou lives on the island then she is very lucky. It is a fantastic community that cares about their kids. Thank you, BI, for everything you have done for my child.
