All states should be passing and enforcing laws exactly like this. Perry won't do it because "big business" wants the illegals,(otherwise known as unregistered Democrats) and what "big business" wants Perry provides. We need to "sh*t can" this incumbent at the first opportunity!

it is illegal already to be be illegally. duh, why not clear out everyone here illegally? we spend too much money on them.

Everyone should be able to prove they're a citizen.....If you ask for proof regardless of if you are red, white, black, purple...then you are not discriminating. If you have ever traveled to a foreign country you always have to have your passport in case someone asks you....I just don't understand the big deal. The majority of hispanics who oppose it probably all have friends or family who are illegal.

Illegal aliens take more than they put in. The country cannot take anymore. Take away all the free benefits and Illegals will pay for their own deportation. They will leave on their own.
