Illegal is illegal and I have to obey the laws of the United States of America and I was born here so why should we condone law-breakers who have taught their children born here to break the law and get away with it..

If immigrants want to become US citizens, then they can go through the process....just like the others have done. NO MORE GIMMES!!!!!!

I think that if they have been here 5 years or more, have roots here have proof that they have lived here and haven't gotten in trouble then yes!! But if they are repeat offenders causing trouble then send them back.

If they have been here and have proof and not gotten in trouble then let them stay

If they want to be in our country, they should have to go through the process just like the rest of the immigrants. NO AMNESTY!

So if you rob a bank and remain free for 5 years, you keep the money? What if someone kills a member of your family and hides out for 5 years, then they go free? There is no statue of limitation on being illegal.

They are in trouble once they cross the border illegally. Then everything grows from that. Working, driving, false identity, SS cards, green cards.

I think the illegal immigrant problem is continuing to grow. Since the country fought back the last time the govt tried to grant amnesty, the issue has been completely swept under the rug. There are citizens who are getting killed by illegals in cars who do not have a license. It is now considered racist to ask if an individual is a citizen in legal processes. Parents of illegal children are forcing their children to get pregnant at extremely young ages so they can have "anchor babies" to keep them in the U.S. which I consider to be abuse. Personally, I don't like my taxes paying for them to live freely in a place where I work very hard to just pay my bills. It's simply not fair and needs to be stopped.

They are breaking the law!!! Are we going to give amnesty to every lawbreaker in the United States?? Enforce our laws!

They are breaking our immigration laws and becoming a drain on the economy. SEND THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES BACK!

THey are breaking the law. If they want to live here, then go through the process. Load them ALL up (including anchor babies) and send them to their own countries! Also, so many mexicans are always getting into trouble, killing or hurting people. THey cant drive!!! Send them all home!

I really get tired of going to the grocery store and I am in line with my few items and my coupons...then I look up and there is a mexican with 6 little kids hanging around the basket filled to the top. I watch at they use their food stamp card to pay for the groceries, then they pull out a wad of money big enough to chock a horse to pay for what the food stamp card wouldn't. Yes, I am a little pi--ed off!

Justchecking white people are just as bad and if the Mexicans get foodstamps then they have a social security number which makes them legal and the wad of money they earn is from getting out working their butts off doing the jobs white men wont do!

white ppl, black ppl, we are american citizens. they are not. if they have a social security card, then chances are its a fake. i worked at a job with several of them and they all got thru the social security check after telling me that none of them were legal so that blows your idea that they have legal social security cards all to hell. i know for a fact 1 of them was sending 1000s of dollars a month back to mexico. he was also getting insurance on several cell phones, reporting them lost so he could get new 1s and sending them all to mexico where his family could sell them for twice of what they go for here. by crossing the border illegally, you are automatically a criminal and then they come here and break the rest of our laws. driving with no license and drunk, molesting children, forgery of official documents and yes american citizens do these things too but when they do, they can be prosecuted and face the consequences. when illegals are caught, they usually are going by a fake name anyway so they either run back to mexico or they move to another county/state and get a new identity and start all over doing the same illegal things again without ever having to pay for their actions so bite your tongue cause you are clueless and dont know what the hell you are talking about. it is a major problem that needs to be dealt with because its got way out of hand and we cant keep letting them break the laws that me and every other american citizen have to live by. there are a few, very few, that try to abide by the laws when they come here and just want a better life but that doesnt change the fact that they became criminals the minute they crawled under that fence. if you want to come to america, do it legally and i will welcome you with open arms but this slippin under the fence BS needs to be stopped.
