Why should they be able to come over here and have everything handed to them for nothing? Can you imagine if an American went to Europe or Canada or any other country and demanded that they be given amnesty?

David Boaz discusses Rick Santorum's finish in the Iowa caucuses on Fox Business Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano
http://www.cato.org/multimedia/video-highligh...

Mr. Santorum believes government should not leave people alone, that we should not ba able to do whatever we want within reason, government should not worry about keeping taxes down and government should not worry about keeping our regulations low, government should be involved in your bedroom. What Mr. Santorum does not realize, he has no idea what America is suppose to be about, Freedom and Liberty, Santorum has no idea what a real Conservative is, let's take back the meaning of the word "Conservative" by bringing our elected officials back in line with "Our Constitution"!

Blame Alzheimer's-addled, neo-fascist Ronald Reagan! His 1986 Amnesty for Illegals crap opened the floodgates for the immigration mess we have now! This is just one of many blunders made by "Ayatollah" Reagan, and many of his assinine policies are the root of many problems we have now and he is truly one of worst presidents of 20th century!!

Is this how it is suppose to be in a free country?
This man was appointed by Obama?
He is not the first to say things similar to this?

The Obama Administration isn't necessarily looking for people violating the countless EPA regulations, they just pick a few and crucify them. The following comment, which in it, Armendariz recounts a vivid metaphor he once used in a talk with his enforcement team, the next day he apologizes for using it but this is not the only time he used it, in his own words he used in another talk with his enforcement team. We can only guess the apologize was for letting it be made public. In his own words;

"The Romans used to conquer little villages in the Mediterranean. They'd go into a little Turkish town somewhere, they'd find the first five guys they saw and they would crucify them. And then you know that town was really easy to manage for the next few years.

And so you make examples out of people who are in this case not compliant with the law. Find people who are not compliant with the law, and you hit them as hard as you can and you make examples out of them, and there is a deterrent effect there. And, companies that are smart see that, they don't want to play that game, and they decide at that point that it's time to clean up.

And, that won't happen unless you have somebody out there making examples of people. So you go out, you look at an industry, you find people violating the law, you go aggressively after them. And we do have some pretty effective enforcement tools. Compliance can get very high, very, very quickly.

That's what these companies respond to is both their public image but also financial pressure. So you put some financial pressure on a company, you get other people in that industry to clean up very quickly."

Here you can hear it yourself http://youtu.be/jfh4uCSbo4g

EPA’s ‘Crucifixion’ of Energy Sector Exposed
Al Armendariz, EPA Region 6 administrator, was caught on tape urging the troops attending a 2010 meeting to be ruthless in their dogged pursuit of dirty rotten polluters (aka: anybody in the private sector).“You make examples out of people who are in this case not complying with the law … and you hit them as hard as you can,” he said. But it was the spectacularly inappropriate analogy Almenadariz utilized to underline the point that really caught the public’s attention:

Yet, as spectacularly inappropriate as that analogy was, it was also dead-on accurate. When the EPA undertakes an enforcement initiative against one industry sector or another, it goes for the jugular. We’ve seen it time and time again. The initial “crucifixions” take the form of crushing fines against a handful of supposed bad actors, which serves to send a singular message to the rest of the companies in a particular industry sector: resistance is futile. It doesn’t matter whether the administration in power is Republican or Democrat. It’s an EPA thing. Congress has handed the EPA a tremendous amount of power over the years and the Agency isn’t at all shy about wielding it......
