Just went to Maxway and cashier was very rude. So I walked out. Will not be going there again

I would have to spen much less if i spend any because my light bill has went from bad to worst.we are now paying environmental compliance cast,nuclear construction cast recovery,municipal franchise fee (whatever that is)and a big tax is added to that and if you dont pay all these added charges your lights will be cut off.why we cant just pay for the lights we use and the tax and forget the rest of this unnecessary stuff.that we have no ideal what it mean.
