This is a great topic...NO I DONT WANT HEALTH CARE REFORM. This is just another way for the government to rule our lives. Some decisions need to be made on a personal basis. When electiton time for our congressmen comes around WE THE PEOPLE had better get out and vote to equal out the congress with republicians. The way it is now our President will get anything he wants run right over all of us. He isn't there by my vote.

If you think this is not going to cost anyone anything, guess again, the people who are working are the going to be the ones with no insurance, because they will not be able to pay for theirs and some deadbeats, also.

Here's the test of how good the government health care stuff is going to be. How many of the law makers in Washington are going to use it. NONE! does that tell you anything. Politics is a game of appearing to do something for the people while actually doing nothing and collecting a big salary. The more you appear to have done, the less you actually have to do. No other entity has the ability to raise its own salary. Create it's own insurance and set it's own retirement. There is a big problem in Washington, and it's the frigging politicians.

This is socialized warfare for those who work and enjoy freedom. We will pay taxes, and still be controled by government.

I keep both my girls on my insurance when they attend college now. That is a choice and a savings i gain by this reform. Wow more choice = more freedom. Savings = more money to spend as i see fit = more freedom. And i'm just a working poor man. YES I LIKE THIS REFORM, as well as those with the pre thing and so on. Open your eyes.

Well one person out of all the others. Thank God. No one, even Obama, knows how it will play out. However, to do nothing is only to invite the abuses of the insurance companies to continue. No one is ever happy about everything about any policy. We need all people in this Country covered. We need the costs down; now that will be a challenge because so many people and hospitals make money off the current system being as it is. Well, I will have to pay a higher premium for my Plan because I am over 65 and they will cut my benefits. I just don't know. One thing I do know, when you need medical care and you cannot get it, it is the most horrible feeling in the World. We must all have it. Louisiana is a bit backward regarding this. Government takeover? Hardly. It has been an insurance company takeover for years. Left alone, no one would be insured.

Of course a lot of them don't know what Socialism is. Their primary source of information comes from people who specialize in conservative misinformation.
