Health Care Debate - Wichita, KS

I just don't think it's possible to make a health care plan that can please the doctors and help all these people to. Also where is the money going to come from? That's right folks the money will come from us to support this. Meaning Obama is going to raise taxes.

So, haven't you noticed everything goes up nothin ever comes down.If the Feds don't raise your taxes the states will and cost of insurance will continue to raise uncontrollably.We can't win might as well try to be healthy while we can.

How about tort reform? Stop the outlandish pay outs on law suits. Rein in the layers and get them out of the doctors office.

Why should we, the taxpayers fund a program that is already funded by the private sector. Instead of our higher taxes to fund a government program, just put some restrictions on the current program. Obama has no problems doing it with the banking industry. Why not implement the same concept for healthcare.

Hmmm My V.A. payments increased my medication cost,s went up , my grocerys went up , my property taxes went up , my insurance went up, our school does not have enough books for the whole class,BUT ssdi stays flat ,I can buy a beer on Sunday though, twice as many lottery tickets, a few more casinos ,mandatory taxes on anything the gov. see,s fit and SOON mandatory health insurance of whatever type the gov. figures out is best SHEW

I agree, however instead of making it a government monoply lets open it up to compation. Lets get tort reform so that lawyers do not make millions off of other peoples suffueing. Have everyone shop and but their own health insurance just jike car or home owner insurance. Let companies sell across state lines. When peiple have the choice of many different companies the price comes down, not up. When there is only one provider the pirce sky rokets and no one can afford it.

We need less government, not more. Since when has the govt. run anything successfully.

Obviously they are trying to push this bill not because they want to help america, but because they want more control of the United States.
