First of all, anything the gov't manages turns out to be a disaster. Secondly, I resent 85% of the people who manage some kind of way to have insurance, being penalized to pay for the 15% who don't. Only 4% of the 15 are working stiffs who are helping to pay for the 11% that are illlegals, refuse to buy insurance or feel that it is the gov't. responsibility to provide them with everything and the 4% do not qualify for any kind of help. This to me is just another way for the working people to get the shaft again.
