There is no plan to fix what's really wrong with Medicare/Medicaid... trial lawyers and fraud. This plan will bankrupt our nation.

If there is no plan in place how can you say that "this plan" will bankrupt our nation?

Trial lawyers...fraud...what do they have to do with the proposals before the Congress? What about the insurance industry?

Now if you want to get into a debate re. the trial lawyers and/or the insurance industry then you had best be prepared to back up your points.
