Health Care Insurance and pharmaceutical companies are out of control and this is a way for some healthy competition.

How do we increase competition when one of the companies, the federal government in this case, is allowed to make all the rules? We should have learned in grade school that the kid with the only ball and bat, the one allowed to make the rules as we go, always wins. There is no competition. Regulation of the insurance industry would be a good idea, but regulation of the hospitals and health care providers would be better. We don't need to regulate our population. The health care industry is at fault, not the citizen. Why punish the citizen with grossly increased taxation and fines when we can easily cause the health care and insurance industry to be more honest and forth right. And don't forget torte reform. Get rid of the over-sized judgments, and health care costs can decrease.

The government is the worst solution to a cost effective anything, especially health care. We have never been a socialist nation and the future of our country is at risk, not just with healthcare but everything Obama is about.

The government could not get water to Katrina victims! Wal-Mart did, maybe Wal-Mart should run the health program! Wake up America. I do not want some wealthy senator deciding my future concerning health. They will continue to receive a top rated health care program. So if we could get the same, go for it! Not going to happen sports fans!!!!! Working people will pay out the ass for this death trip.

I oppose Government healthcare. I do not believe that we have a health insurance crisis. Everyone can get medical treatment when it's needed. I frankly don't trust anyone in Government today to have my healthcare options under their control. They need to protect our borders and leave the rest to the citizens. We now live in a country of leeches that are 2nd and 3rd generation welfare families, and it sickens me to see the laziness of our citizens, and the corruptions in our leaders.

It's best to do something then nothing, even though i don't agree with all of his heath care course of action it's best to put a foot forward. This is America and we as a people can do better then this. The other administration had 8 years to do something about heath care. I guess you can say they did do something about heath care. Take a look around, your answer is looking you in your face.

The government is overstepping their bounds. It's time for the people to take control back.
