No way! There are alot of hidden things in Obama's plan that people do not know about. It is also a back door to disarm vets of there 2nd amendment rights if they have certain "problems" if they report the problem to federal bureaucrats when anyone could have those "problems" which can happen to anyone whether veteran or non veteran. Funny Obama seeks to shut down or hinder the second amendment and vets 2nd amendment rights, yet he has never served in the military, and at least Bush did in the U.S. Air National Guard.
