Obama wants every thing run by the government. He is changing this country , not for the better. He had done nothing he campaigned that he would do. He does lie.

Perhaps we need to insist on all politicians using this health care that are trying to cram down our throats (nothing more ... nothing less)!

If it is good enough for America ... then ALL Americans should have that EXACT Coverage!

I support 100%. So many people are in need of quality healthcare. Time to stop being selfish and petty and learn to help one another in need. equality given to all. life is still life.

True!! Not one of the clowns that are proposing this bill will sign up for it when they are asked.

Must be really good!

ObamaCare, HR3200, Baucus Bill, whatever you call it is about centralized control over people and processes, NOT about "healthcare". The price system, the free market, is the most efficient way to allocate limited resources, not central planning. Welfare is a necessary evil, or a God-driven contribution of grace, NOT a way for a free people to live.

This has been my mantra from the beginning. I get a little aggrevated with politicians creating laws and/or programs that do not apply to them.
To take this idea a step further, I think they should be required to use the HC System they design for the country for the length of their term, however long. While in office, it should be required that all who are employed by the US Government are on that system... including POTUS.

Unfortunately, many have found it to be a way to live free.

We have got to get rid of Farm Subsidies. That would pay for all this. Why not try a free market in farming. Same as this.

I agree. The dumbest thing I've EVER heard is the government paying farmers NOT to grow a crop and forbiding them to grow ANYTHING else on it!

There are very good reasons for farm subsidies you moron. Ask any farmer - before yopu open your fool mouth again - oh wait - gathering facts isnt what you folks do is it? You just bitch about stuff you have no understanding of.... The free market is a very good thing but it is not the answer to all situations - nothing is perfect.

it does NOT work!

it is immoral for anyone to do without health care just because someone needs to make a buck! The questions that must be asked are not being asked. Why are health care costs rising faster than general inflation and who is getting this money? Rein in the lawyers - pay doctors less and centralize the record keeping. If some asshole cant make do with 300000 instead of 600000 then screw him. He should not be in a job that requires compassion. The free market is very good but it WILL in the end make you a poor cog in the machine with no power and no alternatives. The free market can enslave someone just as much as a communist country can if what is being sold cannot be done without by the consumer. Wake up you Fox News idiots. Oh and please do support Palin! Keep yourself preoccupied with something useless!

The facking post office actually works pretty good given what they do (delivering low value items like letters). The health care system is not working for many folks and even folks like me who have cadillac coverage are losing ground as far as what we get for the money every year. If you accept the status quo then you will eventually die of something that COULD be treated but is not just because some guy requires your money first. A world run on conservative principles would be worse than socialism. Christ!
