Federal Health Care UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

This bill passed last Saturday night by the House of Representatives REQUIRES every American to have an insurance policy or you will be fined and jailed.
Do not bring up the phrase, "the Public Welfare requiring it." The Founders were not talking about "taking care of people from the cradle to the grave." That is a form of government that we all know is destruction and it is called Communism.
