The federal govt has NO BUSINESS running national healthcare or competing with private industry. They should concentrate on laws on tort reform and insurance fraud instead.They should also concentrate on weeding out all the fraud WITHIN govt-run Medicare. If they can't even "clean out their own," how can anyone expect them to run an efficient, waste-free, national medical system?

There is a better way to do this, and I believe it is through the private sector, not run by the government.
