socialism has failed everywhere on earth so why in the world would anyone be dumb enough to think it would work in the only true free society on the planet! YOU have to be a koolaid drinking liberal to be behind the annointed one in the whitehouse.

It's time. After the job and live savings losses caused by the Bush administration, you'd think people would use their reason and welcome health reform.

Yeah right! Look what a great job it has done for you in Brazil...a 3rd world nation full of poverty and corruption. No thanks, we should leave the best country on the planet just the way it is, thanks anyway.

All humans should have the right to health care as our science behind it improves. Instead of spending trillions in the Middle East, take care of all the people dying at home.

This is doublespeak offering the public nothing; but, trying to lead us into a unaccountable Socialistic government with major cuts looming over current healthcare options. Obama is a liar when he speaks healthcare.

How to pay for health care?

Use Military Spending on the fighting the disease that are actually killing Americans!!

Strengthen VA Hospitals to the point where they can take care of all those who need it. Bring our troops home to take care of US Citizens & heal our forces. Let's take care of the wounded here at home!

Use the military budget to advance technology and research to save lives! Not destroy them!

US Military Funding to be spent on Health Care!!!

Let's spread this around!

45,000 die each year from being un-insured.... Let's spend Military funding to save their lives!!!

It amazes me how many pro universal healthcare people over look the fact that Obama’s home state of Hawaii tried universal healthcare and universal healthcare almost bankrupted the state. Hawaii had to cancel the program.

Tennessee tried universal healthcare and universal healthcare almost bankrupted the state. Tennessee had to cancel the program.

Massachusetts currently has universal healthcare and universal healthcare is bankrupting the state. The current black governor is taking an ax to the program to save Massachusetts’s budget.

Oregon has universal healthcare. There is already one case where Oregon denied a cancer patient expensive cancer medication and suggested the patient take pain pills/death pills.

I am just shocked on how blind some people are to facts. It is the same kind of blindness and stupidpity that has ruined California.

If Universal healthcare pass, it will be broke faster than anyone will believe. I guarantee you will such a flood of unethical illegal immigrants people from nearby countries using what doesn’t belong to them.

There are so many danger signs on this healthcare plan.

Gee Diana, public education in Brazil must just as bad as it is in the United States. While Bush is guilty of dithering, the real criminally culpable people behind the housing bubble that caused the economic collapse are Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Barbara Boxer, Franklin Raines and others who used the Community Reinvestment Act to bludgeon banks into loaning money to people who could not afford to repay it. Then when Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac packaged those bad loans with good loans into so called "securities," the "mark to market" accounting rules that Congress stupidly imposed brought down the house. Then YOU come out of left field with the nonsequitur of using "reason" to welcome health (care) reform. Bad left wing ideas are always bad. Very little being proposed by the democrats is a viable alternative to what we have in place.

We choose to accept the governments involvement in mail delivery, firefighting, and police protection. Adding competition to Healthcare and having our whole nation covered should be a simple decision to protect ourselves physically and financially aiding our ability to pursue happiness.

Yeah. Because it's not like Government's don't operate in the RED at all.

The purpose of making it a Government program, is so that it DOESN'T turn a profit....

And what is Obama doing? So far he has not done anything better than Bush. And don't get me wrong, I voted for Obama hoping that he was going to do what he promised. The most important thing was that he was going to clean up the corruption in Washington. How can he do it if he brought the same people to work for him who had been in Washington? One lie. If he really wants to do something good for the citizens which should be his first concern, why is so pro-illegal? Who is so ignorant to believe that he is not going to make us citizens who have been paying Health insurance to pay for the more than 30 million illegal? Whom do you think is going to pay? They use the emergency rooms, they come here to have children so they can use them as tools to milk off the system. When he was confronted with the question of the illegal, he said that they will not be cover, in the mean time they will keep using the benefits, at the expense of who? Guess....

Read the following link, we have millions of these irresponsible people here.

http://www.americanpatrol.com/CCIR/MolinaOble...

The deficit is higher than the defict Bush left us with. During 2 years he campaigned attacking Bush for the way he expent money. He has been president for 9 month, and he is not doing anything better. If he knew the problems, he should have been ready to start doing the right thing. That's what he said, that he knew how to fix the problems, didn't he?
