Health Care Debate - Kernersville Area, NC

This country needs a public option. The USA ranks number 37 in health care and number 1 in cost. It is a shame and needs to be fixed. A public option is the only way.

This bill will not help this country. The democrats are just too blind to see it!

I tried to click on 'oppose', but the vote wouldn't register. This must be set up by a democrat. It's a democratic conspiracy!!!!

I too tried to click on 'oppose' but got nothing. Just like all the people that were supposed to get jobs with the stimulus package.

I think the country needs jobs more than a health care reform besides if so few are working who's going to pay for it all.

The Health Care bill has very little to do with increased coverage or reducing cost. It's all about gaining control of 1/6 of our economy and the corresponding votes. Any honest liberal will tell you that.....If you can find one.

You need to decide what kind of world exists? I made my decision years ago as to what kind of world I wanted to have exist. If you want the world of no risk and plenty of money you need to question your assumptions. You already assume such a world does not exist so you think questioning that idea is a waste of time. You don't want to question your assumption. So because you don't think such a world exists you don't want to think about it. You only want to think the way you have always thought. You want to become rich but live in fear of losing money or live with the idea that you don't have enough money. To me that is a strange reality, but I can accept your answer. I understand your assumptions, because they are very common assumptions. Try expanding your reality. Dooming and Glooming will get you no where.

Republicans have no standing. They should take off their wigs. It's now 2011.

We are human and need medical assistance more often than most would like to admit. Since we are vulnerable and age and in time die, we need to have adequate medical insurance. I don't think it is right for anyone to have to pay another person's medical bills. This is something that should not even be debated.

Great post Tina. Remember in other forms of business free markets are able to function properly. However in the medical industry serviced is rendered without compensation. this creates a free market that doesn't funtion as it should. Thus, we pay for the uninsured. Everyone should pay something. Mandates make sense, and government help for those that fall in the cracks makes sense. yet, what we had before Obama makes no sense. Freedom of choice should include freedom to not pay for others by force.

I grew up on a farm. I have seen animals having sex in every position imaginable. Goat on chicken, chicken on goat, couple of chickes doing a goat, couple of pigs watching. Whoever drew this got it exactly right.

Obama will bury the Republicans with their own shovel. When the Markets see light they'll go crazy. Companies are in great postions to take full advantage. Tea Party Rookies are being played like a drum. LOL.
