It's what's been needed for a long time. Enough of the obscene profits gained by the health insurance industry, Big Pharma, and the for-profit hospitals. They have more than bled people dry. It's time to move into the 21st Century, along with most of the Industrialized Nations of the world, and allow people to access quality healthcare without bankruptcies, stress, pre-existing conditions, or extreme costs associated with the current system.

No.....Why does congress continue to support free handouts (calling it charity for the lower class )that do not work. If we are going to say everyone will use this new health plan lets make sure congress and their families will be the first in line to sign up to use it, letting go of all their other free health care plans they now use, that we the taxpayer pay for. You like and want SOCIALIZED MEDICINE.....MOVE to another country!!!

it would be a death sentence for people like me.32 dignosed with cancer. by the time i would get to see a doctor i would be dead!

It will be less expensive then the costs of insurance. National insurance and people in other countries pay about the same in taxes Americans are paying. Americans pay on average more in health insurance costs then any taxes other countries are paying. Americans are paying more to be #37 in health outcomes. We are not getting our money's worth.

I think Obama is doing a good job handling all types of bs frm people like you all.
