Health Care Debate - Hudson, OH

In terms of quality of care, the US has the best healthcare in the world. We must keep it that way. Obama's plan would drive up costs and take decision-making responsibility away from doctors (MDs, not JDs, should make healthcare choices).

We will not stand for this kind of Government controlled "Healthcare"!

If anyone wants an idea of government run healthcare, look no further than the Veteran's Administration.

Why not? they eliminated the bill or rights and no one said a word? Now we have the patriot act? So they search people for no reason and no one says a word. I guess we didn't need the 4th amendment anyhow. We hold people in prison for years without a trail? We fought in 2 world wars and never had to change to constitution to what we have now. The government does and will do whatever it wants with but no one says a word? So why can't they just change health care? They will and nothing will be done.

Give those who can't afford medical insurance the insurance they need and leave the rest of America alone.

I thought we had health insurance for the needy.(Medicaid - Our state is going broke paying for it.) What does Obama care do again?

Oh yes it IS me! With all of the government involvement (Medicare/Medicaid) and mandated emergency room service, I pay EVERY time I pay my Health Insurance. The more the govenment is involved, the more expensive it is.
